Accepting the Terms of Service
Please read our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Usage Policy, and Service Level Agreement before using https://www.OffshoreName.com and/or any hosting services and/or dedicated servers (all collectively with the Site and Panel, the “Services”) provided by OffshoreName. By using or accessing the Services, you agree to all the terms and conditions of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Usage Policy, and Service Level Agreement; if you do not agree, you cannot use the Services.
You may not use the Services and/or provide any personal information to OffshoreName if you are under the Minimum Age. The Minimum Age is sixteen (16) years old, or the lower age that your country has provided for you to consent to the processing of your personal data.
Illegal activities and content
All Services provided by OffshoreName may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statutes. The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OffshoreName from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the user or any other party.
Sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to OffshoreName's servers, or any other server on the Internet, are prohibited. Links to such material are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content or links:
- Phishing - Malware Hosting
- Terrorism
- Violence and Threats
- Hate speech related activities
- Child, juvenile, animal pornography, and all related activities
- Fraud and Scam
- Projects that harm citizens of United States and Canada directly or indirectly.
NOTICE: If your account is found to contain or link to illegal activities as described by, but not limited to these Terms of Service, OffshoreName reserves the right to terminate your account without further notice. No refund will be made for pre-paid terms if termination occurs following infringement of these Terms of Service, or if required by law enforcement agencies.
Traffic usage
Some server plans come with a predetermined amount of traffic allowance. Overage charges may apply, and can vary from one location to the next. They may also apply at different rates for services vs dedicated servers, even if they are in the same location. Please contact for further information on those charges.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy outlines the terms under which you may be eligible for a refund for services provided by OffshoreName. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any purchases.
Disclaimer
OffshoreName provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that OffshoreName shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the services.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computers and devices to prevent unauthorized access to their accounts. Users agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.
Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in advance and is non-refundable, except as otherwise provided in our refund policy. Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Termination Policy
OffshoreName reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
OffshoreName reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
